利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Lykka × SOTU — Shapes of the unseen（以下「当ブランド」）が提供するウェブサイトおよび関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。
 

第1条（適用）

本規約は、当サイトを利用する全てのユーザー（閲覧・購入・問い合わせ含む）に適用されます。
 

第2条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  1. 当ブランド、他者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

  2. 不正アクセス、改ざん、情報漏洩を意図する行為

  3. 当ブランドのサービスを妨害する行為

  4. 法令・公序良俗に反する行為

  5. 虚偽の情報を提供する行為
     

第3条（知的財産権）

当サイトに掲載されるすべての画像・テキスト・デザイン・アート作品等の著作権は、Lykka × SOTU または正当な権利者に帰属します。
無断での複製・転載・商用利用を禁じます。
 

第4条（特注アート・商品について）

  1. 特注（Custom Artwork / Commission）依頼は、仕様・納期・価格・利用範囲について個別の合意が成立した時点で契約が成立します。

  2. 制作開始後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできません。

  3. 完成後の著作権は当ブランドに帰属し、個人利用・展示利用の範囲での使用を許諾します。
     

第5条（免責事項）

  1. 当ブランドは、サイト上の情報の正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。

  2. 天災、通信障害、サーバートラブル等により発生した損害について、当ブランドは責任を負いません。
     

第6条（サービス内容の変更）

当ブランドは、事前の告知なく本サイトの内容を変更・中止することができます。
 

第7条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約は日本法に基づき解釈されます。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

This Terms of Service agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) sets forth the conditions for the use of the website and related services provided by Lykka × SOTU — Shapes of the unseen (hereinafter referred to as “the Brand”).
 

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

This Agreement applies to all users of this website, including those who browse, purchase, or make inquiries through the site.
 

Article 2 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  1. Acts that infringe upon the rights of the Brand, other users, or third parties

  2. Unauthorized access, alteration, or leakage of information

  3. Acts that interfere with or disrupt the Brand’s services

  4. Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals

  5. Providing false or misleading information
     

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights pertaining to the images, text, designs, artworks, and other materials displayed on this website belong to Lykka × SOTU or the rightful owners.
Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
 

Article 4 (Custom Artwork and Products)

  1. Requests for Custom Artwork / Commissions shall be deemed accepted when both parties have agreed upon the specifications, delivery schedule, pricing, and scope of use.

  2. Once production has begun, cancellations will not, in principle, be accepted.

  3. The copyright of completed works shall remain with the Brand.
    Clients are granted permission to use the artwork for personal and exhibition purposes only.
     

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Brand does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of any information provided on this website.

  2. The Brand shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from natural disasters, communication failures, server malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
     

Article 6 (Changes to Services)

The Brand reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the content or services of this website at any time, without prior notice.
 

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any disputes arising in connection with this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
